Banquet menus

Please note that the following banquet menu prices reflect events held at Long. For catering jobs at your venue we add an additional 30%. Please add current WA sales tax and 18% service charge to all food and beverage pricing.

 

RED CORAL  ~ $75 per person

  • APPETIZER:   Long provincial roll, and two different satays of your choice.
  • SALAD:  Salad of your choice.
  • SOUP:  Soup of your choice.
  • ENTRÉE:  Lily blossom halibut, Grilled preserved tofu duck.
  • DESSERTS:  Cognac red banana cake and two ice-cream flavors of your choice.
  • DRINKS:  Your choice of one non-alcoholic drink.

 

BLUE CORAL ~ $65 per person

  • APPETIZER:  Long provincial roll, and one satay of your choice.
  • SALAD:  Banana blossom salad.
  • SOUP:  Tamarind Tree soup in clay pot.
  • ENTRÉE: Coconut curry prawn, and Napa cabbage stuffed prawn mousse.
  • DESSERTS:  Two flavors of ice cream and flan.
  • DRINKS:  One kumquat syrup or tamarind syrup with soda water, or choice of soda pop, or Vietnamese coffee.

 

WHITE PEARL CORAL ~ $58 per person

  • APPETIZER:  Tamarind Tree roll, and chicken satay or lemongrass beef satay
  • SALAD:  Garlic beef watercress salad
  • SOUP:  Tamarind Tree soup in clay pot
  • ENTRÉE:  Turmeric coconut rice cake and Chili stuffed fish mousse
  • DESSERTS:  Two flavors of ice cream
  • DRINKS:  One kumquat syrup or tamarind syrup with soda water or choice of soda pop

 

YELLOW CORAL ~ $50 per person

  • APPETIZER:  Tamarind Tree roll, and chicken satay.
  • SALAD:  Fresh pineapple salad with grill prawn.
  • SOUP:  Tamarind Tree soup in clay pot
  • ENTRÉE:  Coconut curry prawns served with baguette.
  • DESSERT:  One flavor of ice cream
  • DRINKS:  Choice of one soda pop

 

PINK CORAL ~ $42 per person

  • APPETIZER:  Spring roll or Tamarind Tree roll
  • SALAD:  Green mango salad with grilled prawn.
  • SOUP:  Tamarind Tree soup in clay pot
  • ENTRÉE:  Braised pink prawns served with steamed jasmine rice.
  • DESSERT:  Flan
  • DRINKS:  Choice of one soda pop
