LAGOON ~ $2,500

(100 count for each item / serves 50-60 guests)

  • PRAWN MOUSSE CRISPY RICE: style Deep fried white rice cake topped with Pacific prawn and green onion served with mixed herb fish sauce.
  • DA NANG PORK SATÉ:  Grilled Da Nang style pork slices marinated with onion, garlic, and seasoning served with Da Nang sauce.
  • LA LOT CHICKEN SATÉ:  Chicken fillet on bamboo marinated with lemongrass, onions, and garlic wrapped with la lot leaves served with mixed herb fish sauce.
  • LONG PROVINCIAL ROLLS:  Salad roll with fresh herbs, fried egg slice, caramelized shrimp, pork sausage slice, and sauteed jicama and carrot served with roasted garlic peanut sauce.
  • Soft crab banana blossom salad wrap:  Freshly pickled jicama, carrot, fresh shredded banana blossom, roasted peanuts, browned onion, and fresh Asian herbs topped with deep fried soft shell crab served with tamarind sauce.
  • HUE BANH BEO:  Steamed jasmine rice batter with fresh shrimp bits and green onions with mixed herb fish sauce.
  • COGNAC RED BANANA CAKE:  French baguette, coconut milk, and red banana baked in Henessy cognac.

 

COLORATA ~ $1,600

  • SPRING ROLLS:  Salad roll with fresh Asian herbs, rice noodles, and steamed prawns served with peanut sauce.
  • STUFFED SQUID:  Squid , jicama, ground pork and brown mushrooms stuffed in grilled squid
  • GRILLED PRAWN SATÉ:  Skewered and grilled prawns with pickled carrots
  • TURMERIC COCONUT RICE CAKE:  Turmeric coconut rice batter, shelled shrimp, pickled carrot served with mixed herb fish sauce
  • CHILI PEPPER LEMONGRASS CHICKEN:  Chicken stir fried with fresh lemongrass, freshly chopped pepper, and white onion.
  • WHITE CHOCOLATE GINGER MOUSSE:  Fresh ginger infused white chocolate mousse with a touch of tamarind sauce

 

MANGROVE ~ $1,400

  • TAMARIND TREE ROLL:  Salad roll with fresh herbs, fried tofu, fresh coconut, jicama and carrots with vegetarian soy sauce
  • LEMONGRASS CHICKEN SATÉ:  Skewered and grilled chicken
  • SAI GON MEATBALL:  Grilled pork meatballs with peanut/soybean sauce
  • CHILI PEPPER LEMONGRASS TOFU:  Tofu stir fried with fresh lemongrass, freshly chopped pepper, and white onion.
  • TURMERIC COCONUT RICE CAKE:  Turmeric coconut rice batter, shelled shrimp, pickled carrot served with mixed herb fish sauce
  • GRILLED BANANA COCONUT CAKE:  Sweet rice wrapped around red banana served with warm coconut milk

 

MOON ~ $1,200

  • SHIITAKE MUSHROOM SATAY:  Fresh Shiitake mushroom marinated in lemongrass, onion, garlic, and seasoning served with mixed herb soy sauce.
  • GRILLED LA-LOT BEEF ROLL:  Marinated ground beef wrapped in la-lot leaves
  • TAMARIND TREE ROLL:  Salad roll with fresh herbs, fried tofu, fresh coconut, jicama and carrots with vegetarian soy sauce
  • TURMERIC COCONUT RICE CAKE:  Turmeric coconut rice batter, shelled shrimps
  • GARLIC GREEN BEAN:  Fresh green beans stir fried with garlic
  • VIETNAMESE 3 KINDS OF BEANS DESSERT:  Tender sweet yellow bean, red bean, white bean in heavy cream
